For dinner Jason took me to the Smokey Chef
. It is supposed to be a catering place, but I believe they are trying to make it a place where you can dine-in. They are still redoing the inside. But the food was sooo good, it is nothing but southern food! I ordered two whiting fillets, with that you could choose either a salad or there okra soup, (I went with the soup), then you got to pick one side, (I picked fried okra), and you could choose between a biscuit, or two hush puppies, (I got the pups), and you also got cole slaw. All for $12.00! Jason got the pulled pork sandwich, with onion rings! For only $6. And as for drinks, we got the good ol' fashion Sweet Tea. The only issue I had was the okra soup had meat in it.. and I'm a vegetarian, so that kinda sucked. But what I did try of the soup, was amazing! The food was really good, see for yourself-
