P.A.

I just got back from Pennsylvania, and let's just say this was such a fun trip!
A few days into my trip, my friends and I all went out for Sushi, it was sooo tasty!
After sushi, Corey had to go help Red with his car.. Ash, Pat, and myself went to the mall to get Pat some new pants. Of course I wanted to go shopping, too, so I went to a few places.. I actually spent quite awhile in there buying stuff. (Thankfully everything fit in my carry-on)! After the mall we headed back to Corey's, when we pulled in the yard, Ash made a comment, "Red's car must be in the garage", something seemed a little fishy cause I knew nothing could fit in the garage.. but I didn't really think about it. We rung the doorbell, and Corey came running down and opened the door, all of a sudden he took off running back upstairs to the kitchen, and so did Pat. "That was rude", I said to Ashley. As soon as I got upstairs, I turned to the kitchen and everyone screamed "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"! ... Oh my gosh, it's a surprise party!!! I was so shocked, and clueless... there were streamers, balloons, Happy Birthday Banners everywhere! I couldn't believe they threw me a party! On the table was a Reese's Ice Cream Cake with candles, mmm mmm mmmmm it was sooo tasty! After I blew out my candles, we all started playing around, then we headed out this bar called Tommy Boys and had a few shots, and drinks. Turns out Reds car was fine, and Pat didn't even need pants but yet he spent $60 on two pairs, just so he didn't screw up the plans! It was such a great night, thanks you guys!
A few days later it was off back to South Carolina, let's say the airports were ridiculous.. my plane got delayed for nearly four hours, and when I got to Charlotte, the plane didn't have a gate, so we had to actually walk down the planes stairs; while it was pouring rain, grab out carry-ons which were getting rained on, and then run into the airport, I then had to run my ass all the way to the other end of the airport so I could make my flight in time! (... let's not forget I had to tinkle sooooo bad!) As I was getting off the plane, both my bag handles broke off my bag, my earrings some how both fell out my ears, and no one cared to help me... thanks a lot! Man it felt good seeing my parents pull up!
Oh, and did I mention leaving PA it was in the 40's, when I got to Charleston, it was 72 degrees! I love the South..

It's a nice day out, i'd say...

Seems like Beaufort is getting a slow fall...
nothing wrong with it, it's beautiful during the day; at night it gets slightly chilly, perfect time to cuddle up with someone next to a fire and watch a good movie..
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
What are you doing during this time of year?
Planning for Thanksgiving, playing outside with the family, enjoying this time change, making smores by the fire, watching all the exciting shows on ABC, doing a puzzle, anticipating Christmas, wishing you had some Peach Pie with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream..  Ooh wait that sounds like what i'm doing...

Hello Asheville, NC

Hello Asheville!
Hey guys! Sorry it's been awhile since I've written anything, my mum and I have been in Asheville NC, for the past few days. I have wanted to see the leaves change for over a decade now, so I told my parents I was going, with or without them! Luckily my mum came with me.
As soon as we got into Asheville, we took a detour, and ventured through the Blue Ridge Parkway, the leaves were beautiful! And the overlooks were even better! We couldn't have gotten there at a more perfect time.
The first night, we ordered pizza and went back to our hotel room and watched Dancing with the Stars. The next day we ate some waffles and went to a few thrift stores. Then we were off to Chimney Rock! On the way to Chimney Rock, I went down a road that I fell in love with, it made a circle through the valley, and let's just say the views were beautiful, I found a little shack house next to a barn, I want to live there! You look out your back window, and all you see is mountains! Anyways, we got off that road and headed towards our destination. When we reached Chimney Rock the first thing we did was hiked to the waterfall, then it was off to all the other overlooks. Let me just warn you, if you ever go, prepare yourself! There are A LOT of stairs! All in all, it was a great time! After the hike we found a guy who was selling apples, so we got a bag full, then we went out to eat at a place on Lake Lure; mum and I got veggie burgers with fries, and a side order of onion rings! Yummy! When we walked out of the restaurant, the view from the lake was amazing, I could have stayed there forever! After dinner, we headed back to Asheville, and stayed at a Holiday Inn that was super cozy! Our view from our room was niiiiice! We watched Dancing with the Stars,  (I was kinda upset that David Arquette got voted off!) The next day we ate some more waffles, and set out to find Antique Stores. We went to a few places, fell in love with lots of furniture at the Tobacco Barn. After that we went to Biltmore Village, ate at Moe's, and then headed back home!
It was such a great few days, it was so nice to get out of Beaufort.. I always feel like I'm at home in the mountains, it's just so cozy and there is so much to do! If you live in the mountains, you are lucky, and I am jealous!
