Summer here I come!

Woo! So I think I need to work on my summer body a little more- my thighs mostly, and trying to tone my stomach and arms. (Ever since I've started kayaking I have huge muscles now!) While I was trying to work out, I came to the conclusion that I need help. . . so I went on Women's Fitness and found out these workout moves to help everything, including those thigh problems I'm having! I cannot say enough great things about Pilates. It has literally changed my body in the best way imaginable. Definitely worth a try!
