Rickett Falls Hike

Things to do in Pennsylvania:
My boyfriend took me to Ricketts Glen State Park.
Let's just say it is at least 10 miles of walking, and yes, you will hurt the next few days after you hike the Falls. Since I only brought flip flops and Keds with me to Pennsylvania, I was kind of limited on what to bring on the hike. Of course I wore the Keds, but as far as clothes go, I wore Jeans and a long sleeve shirt... yeah, bad idea! I was so sweaty, and hot. And let's not forget it rained as we were ending our hike. And we drove the motorcylce to the Park. The hike wouldn't have been too bad if I had on normal clothes, and hiking shoes, or at least sneakers. Luckily Corey brought us waters, and I brought some Wasabi Almonds for a snack. I was doing good halfway through the hike, then my knees started hurting. And as we were walking up the mountain Corey kept speeding up, me, I kept loosing my breath, which wasn't good. All in all, it was a fun experience. The Falls were so beautiful! I'm so glad my Corey took me there. Next time, we will be prepared!

Nothing like fresh veggies..

So here I am in Pennsylvania, in a garden of fresh veggies, to my left there are Cucumbers, and Broccoli, in front of me there are some pretty big Bell Peppers, to the right there are Tomatoes, and String Beans.
Everything but the Tomatoes, are perfectly ripe. Tonight we will be having Cucumber Salad, some type of Broccoli Salad, and fresh String Beans..

Let's talk earrings...
I am going a little Etsy crazy here.
Ever since I got my ears pierced; I have been going a little ga-ga over earrings!
I just can't help it...
Instead of going into stores, going clothes shopping, I tend to go straight to earrings....
I think I need some help.
Good thing I'm stuck at home!

Hey Grandpa, let me get some of that Sulfur!

As you all might know, In the past few months, I started getting really bad acne.
....not good as all.
Anyways, I've been trying nearly everything, and nothing seemed to work.
"Where did this acne come from? Why can't I get rid of it.." -I always asked myself.
And I would nearly would stress about it; I had amazing skin, I have no idea what happened to it!
Well my mum just recently ordered this soap, and told me to try it out. It's called Grandpas Thylox Acne Treatment Soap with Sulfur.I have been using it for a week, and I feel like my skin is already clearing up! Even those faint scars are finally disappearing! Yes, I might have to smell like sulfur for awhile, but if that's what gets rid of this horrible acne then I will wash my face with sulfur everyday!

Vegetable Based Grandpa's Thylox Acne Treatment Soap with SulfurGrandpa's Thylox Acne Treatment Soap with Sulfur acts four ways to improve blemished skin:
-Softens the hard shell of acne blemishes (keratolytic action)
-Helps dissolve and remove blackheads
-Washes away excess oils which may cause blackheads
-Freshens skin by its thorough cleansing action

If you have acne that's popping up like crazy, you might just want to try Grandpa's good ol' Sulfur Soap!

Let's talk Peaches, remember how I went Peach picking? Well.. let's just say, there are more then enough Peaches! So you have my mum slicing them, putting them in the freezer; then you have my dad eating some, my brother, and myself, and then here I am making a smoothie! I just threw in a little Peaches, Banana's, Milk, ice, and ta da!
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Nothing is better then a Peach Smoothie on a hot summer day!

I really love your peaches want to shake your tree...

Let's go pick some Peaches!
Today was another family day, my mum wanted to get some more 'God Water' in Blackville. So we headed a few hours up the road, on the way we saw a U-Pick Peaches Sign, on the outside of the town Barnwell, we all shouted to my dad, "Let's go pick some peaches"! And that's exactly what we did. It was $8 a bag, a bag was around 25lbs of peaches, that's a lot of peaches! We got two bags. I've never been Peach picking before, but let me warn you, wear boots! (There were peaches all over the ground, and when you step on them, your feet turned sticky, not good!) The other thing you might want to remember is to wear a long sleeve shirt, or bring some bug spray, bugs were horrible! All-in-all, it was such a fun experience! I'm so glad I finally got to pick Peaches with the family!

Water Festival has arrived

Beaufort, South Carolina holds a Water festival ever year in downtown Beaufort, on the waterfront, of course.
This marks the 56th year, it's from the 15th-24th.
Friday was the first night, the first night is always free, the MCAS Band comes to play, and Fireworks are always a must for an opening ceremony! (Even if it was sprinkling outside). I went with my friend Meghan, when we first got there, we walked over to the Beer Tickets, and started the night off with a nice cold one! I saw a South Carolin Lottery Ticket Stand, and said we should go do a few scratch offs! I won a dollar, Meghan won fifty! She got her picture taken, I jumped in! After that, we walked to the water front, and the fireworks began. After we watched fireworks, we ran into a few friends, said our hello's then it was off to Panini's to eat! Thankfully Paninin's had a huge tent outside on the deck, so no one got rained on. We ordered ourselves Frozen Sangria's, and Cesar Salads. While we were eating, a few friends came up, and sat down. We ordered some beers, watched the band play, met some new people, danced, did a little bar hopping.. then it was time to go home! (Let's just say, it wasn't that easy, when your friends have been drinking, and losing keys, not so fun.. ) but all-in-all, it was a great night!

It was a great night for Water Festival!
