For lunch today my mum made one of my favorite things to eat! Pasta Salad! I love it, and the only bad thing in it, is the noodles (unless you like wheat), but I don't like wheat noodles.. Anyways, I wanted to share with you guy all how I make, and thanks to my wonderful mum, for showing me how to make it all these years!
What you need:
Colored twirly noodles-
Artichokes in a can-
A handful of Mushrooms-
Half an Onions-
Two stalks of Celery-
Two Fresh Tomatoes-
One whole Avocado, (when it's in season)-
Half Green Bell Pepper (I don't like it in mine, but you can add it)-
And if you like Chick Peas, throw those in, too!-
And salad dressing, I use Italian, it taste so so so good!
All you have to do is while your boiling your noodles, throw your eggs in, along with your mushrooms, frozen peas, and if you want to throw your celery in, do that (I like uncooked celery).
In a big bowl cut your tomatoes, olives, artichokes, onions, avocado, celery, chick peas, and then throw in your noodles when they are done, along with the peas. Cut your eggs up, and add those, add Parmesan, and your dressing and you've made yourself a tasty lunch!
