Boooooooo, like a ghost!

Happy
Halloweeeeeeeen!

So it turns out I did dress up for Halloween, as a kitty, my mum says I was more of a "Cougar"! (Long story, i'll make it short, is it me or are young guys just hot!) Anyways, I went to my friends Halloween party, he said "Make sure to wear a costume", so I did, as did one of my cute friends that came with me, Hunter, he went sorting through my Halloween Dress Up Box and found a Clown outfit! So he wore that! .. So we walk up to my friends house, he has a projector so they were watching the movie the 'Crazies' outside on a sheet.. and yeah, there were quite a few people, as I got closer, I realized I, and Hunter were the only ones dressed up!!! Luckily one of my other friends, Mel, was Dorthy.. and then two more of my friends came and thankfully they were dressed as a cop, and a cowgirl, woo!

But before the party, I watched Jeeper's Creeper's with my mum, my brother, his friend Alex, and Hunter. And we made creepy drinks, with worms! (You just had to be there to enjoy them!)

How was your Halloween?

Let's start cutting, shall we..

Are you ready to start cutting? Well if you are, here is a great idea to try out while your making your zombie costumes ha ha! Turn an old raggy t-shirt into a fabulous scarf! I got this great idea out of Glamour Magazine- I just had to try it for myself!
__________________________________________
First your going to need a raggy t-shirt,
I used this one I got from Target,
I love the color and it's so soft!
Your going to start by cutting the shirt into two pieces, cut right underneath the underarms.
It will end up looking like this when your done cutting it.
Next your going to cut the bottom of the shirt into thin inch pieces all the way around.
It should look like this when your done cutting the bottom.
And .. then ta da! It will look like this when your completely done with it.
For an even better looking scarf, throw it in the dryer, and the shaggy part will start to curl!

Something isn't right..

Fall, where'd you go....
It was almost 90 degrees today! Where in the world did Fall go! I'm just soo upset!
Anyways, here are a couple of pictures I took while downtown that reminded me of fall. I added the kitty one at the bottom cause it was just so cute! Does it feel like fall where you live? If so, you are very lucky! (One good thing, I'm going to the mountains for Halloween weekend, hopefully it will feel better, and I seriously cannot wait to take pictures of all the gorgeous leaves!)

These were all taken with my Nikon D3000 on Manual, with no flash.

The Apple..

This post has to do with my photography class assignment. . I just wanted to show you all some of the pictures I took of my apple. It was a great apple, red, organic, had a few flaws, but all around it was quite pleasant to take pictures of. Anyways, my first assignment had to do with an apple, I had to take at least twenty-five pictures, and out of all those pictures, I had to choose three fav's of mine, and talk about why.. and talk about depth of frame, and the subject. (All that photography stuff.) The four people that were in my class were all worried about their pictures, as was I, but we all ended up taking some good pictures! Here's what I came up with.

Let's get dirty!

The Yemassee Mud runnn, yeaaaah! I have never ever been to a mud run, but I have to say I had a lot of fun! There were trucks everywhere, big trucks, big sexy trucks! And hot country boys, in muddy jeans, and cowboy boots. It was $10 to get in, I think it's twenty to back your truck up to the mud pit.. it starts at twelve, but before it starts you can run your four wheeler through it or just go play in the mud! And the night before you can stay there and drink, play in the mud, and just have a great time! I didn't get there until three but I did see a few trucks run through it, some got stuck, the lucky ones made it. I can't wait for the next one, which is on November 21st. The day before they are having a 5K Mud Run, where you actually run yourself, I can't wait to get dirty! :) Better start training- Here's some fun photo's I took for you guys!
